  • Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
    Yes. A 30% non-refundable booking fee / deposit is required to secure all bookings. A booking will not be confirmed until payment or receipt of payment has been received. The remainder can be paid off gradually up until 10 days prior to the hire date.
  • How long can I hire out props?
    The standard prop hire period is up to 24 hours. If prop hire is required for longer than a 24 hour period, additional fees may apply.
  • Can I pick up props?
    To ensure safe delivery and installation, all our backdrops and bigger prop pieces are unable to be picked up and can only be delivered and installed by us. Smaller pieces for example, cake stands and plinths are available for dry hire/ pick up from Carina.
  • Is there a minimum hire order for deliveries?
    Yes. For all deliveries we require a minimum spend of $550 plus GST (includes delivery).
  • Is the delivery fee additional?
    Yes. Our delivery (including collection) fee is seperate to prop hire prices and are charged according to various components including, number of prop pieces, event location, collection times, access etc.
  • Do I need to pay a bond?
    Yes. A security bond of $100 is required for hire and can be made via bank transfer at least 1 day prior to hire date or as a cash bond on day of hire. Security bond will be returned via bank transfer within.3 days of event, provided all items are returned without damage and in condition before delivery or collection.
  • Can I change my booking?
    Bookings cannot be changed more than 2 weeks before the scheduled event date.
  • What If I need to cancel my booking?
    We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise and so If you are needing to cancel a booking with us, please contact us via email.
